REIGN

Synopsis:

On a questionable mission, three Marines, Delano, Gates, and Sergeant Cooper watch as travelers on an Iraqi road slowly approach ammunition used as “bait” to identify insurgents. A misunderstanding between the Marines and Iraqi’s instigates a firefight. In the aftermath, they discover Fadwa, a young Iraqi woman whose survival hinges in the valence. Sergeant Cooper and Gates, following orders, see only one option for Fadwa while Delano, torn, confronts the decision between obedience and humanity.

Produced by Unfiltered Productions, Reign made the festival circuit winning Best Short and Audience Choice Awards at the New York International Independent Film Festival (NYIIFF), and the Louisville International Festival of Film (LIFF) and qaulified for Academy Award™ consideration among others.
